Property Site Criteria

We need a minimum of 25-30k feet of usable land for our prototype 950 sq ft building plus 800 sq ft of covered exterior seating. Our sites include build to suits, land purchases, and ground leases. We don’t franchise. All stores are corporate owned.

We primarily build from the ground up but have also remodeled existing drive thru QSRs that are in good condition.

Our shops have a unique upscale design with focus on consistent execution of making quality coffee, fun authentic customer/barista face to face interaction together with speed of service.
 
We are rapidly expanding and looking to bring our fun, fast, and unique coffee experience to more locations in Texas and across the U.S.
 
151 has 10 stores opened with 8 more stores opening in 2024.
Current locations are in DFW and Kansas City metro. Additional markets will be launched in late 2024/2025.
